Convention Data Services, the official registration company, will send the main contact on your account an email with the login information you will need to register your staff. SIGGRAPH 2012 Online Registration
The registration system allows you to register for your staff badges and your Exhibitor Full Conference badges. It also gives you instructions for setting up a VIP code so your customers or potential customers can visit your booth at SIGGRAPH 2012. Staff Registration
Each exhibiting company is permitted to designate personnel to properly staff its exhibit. In-booth personnel do not include other company employees attending SIGGRAPH 2012 who do not have any direct relationship to staffing the booth. The quota established by SIGGRAPH 2012 for exhibitor booth personnel is six badges for each 100 square feet of exhibit space under contract.

Staff Full Conference
Each exhibiting company is entitled to a quota of Full Conference registrations. Full Conference registrants can attend the entire conference, minus the Computer Animation Festival, which is a separate allotment.
Total square feet multiplied by .008 equals Full Conference quota. Numbers should be rounded to the nearest whole number. Example: 300 sq. ft. x .008 = 2.4. In this example, the exhibitor would be entitled to two Full Conference registrations.
Academic exhibitors are entitled to one complimentary Full Conference Registration.
Computer Animation Festival Day Only Tickets
Each exhibiting company is entitled to pick up an allotment of day only Computer Animation Festival Tickets. These tickets allow you full access to all of the events going on at the Computer Animation Festival including the Electronic Theater screenings for that day.
The quota of Computer Animation Festival tickets is three tickets for every 100 square feet of exhibit space. These tickets ARE NOT registered for ahead of time and can be picked up at the Exhibition Management office, Room 305, beginning Sunday, 5 August 2012.
Registration Procedures
Exhibitors are urged to pre-register to avoid time-consuming registration lines and a $75 per-badge charge.
Exhibitors are requested to register online by 1 July. Badges will be mailed to US-based exhibitors only and to the authorized individual noted after this date. Badges are mailed via the least costly method.
Exhibitor badges can be exchanged at SIGGRAPH 2012 at the exhibitor registration desk. Exhibitors must turn in badges for those individuals who will not attend in order to receive replacement badges.
Exhibitor registration at SIGGRAPH 2012 will operate on a "print-on-demand" basis. Badges will only be distributed to the persons whose names are on the badges (identification required).
If exhibitors do not utilize complimentary registrations and pay for the Full Conference, no refund requests will be honored after 2 July. Also, there is a $75 US processing fee for handling cancellations. Allow eight to 10 weeks for processing refunds.
Temporary Work Passes or EAC Bracelets
Temporary work passes or EAC bracelets will be made available at the main entrance to the exhibit halls during the installation and dismantling periods. These are to be utilized for temporary set up staff only. Staff members who are working in the booth must be badged during the show.
