SIGGRAPH 2012 has negotiated discount rates for hotels in Los Angeles. Make your hotel reservation by 9 July 2012. Reservations made after 9 July will be based on availability only and rates may increase.

SIGGRAPH 2012 hotel rates can only be booked through onPeak, the SIGGRAPH 2012 official travel partner. If you are contacted by any other companies to make hotel reservations for SIGGRAPH 2012, please be aware they are not reputable companies and/or they are not endorsed by SIGGRAPH 2012. SIGGRAPH 2012 room rates can also not be booked directly with hotels.

Shuttle Service

SIGGRAPH 2012 provides complimentary shuttle service between many conference hotels and the Los Angeles Convention Center. Attendees and exhibitors who use the SIGGRAPH 2012 hotel reservation system to make reservations at hotels served by the SIGGRAPH 2012 shuttle buses will receive a shuttle wristband when they check in. Attendees and exhibitors who do not book through the SIGGRAPH 2012 reservation system and wish to use the shuttle service can purchase wristbands at the SIGGRAPH Store.

Deposit and Cancellation Policy

A deposit of one night's room and tax is required for each room reserved. After 19 July 2012, the deposit is non-refundable and your confirmed hotel may charge the deposit to the credit card used to guarantee the room reservation(s).

SIGGRAPH 2012's cancellation policy supersedes any individual hotel's policy.

Group Bookings

Groups may reserve up to 29 rooms online or with the housing form. If you want to request more than 29 rooms, use the 30+ contract to request rooms. You may also contact onPeak (information above) for a copy of the form.

Exhibitor Hotel Meeting Space

For meeting space at a conference hotel, download and complete the Exhibitor Hotel Meeting Request Form and email it to exhibits (at) or fax it to +1.630.434.1216 by 13 July. An email acknowledgement will be sent to you advising you of the space you have been assigned. After receiving the acknowledgement, contact suppliers directly to arrange audio/visual and/or catering for your function. The placement of product by exhibitors in meeting rooms in hotels is prohibited, and this rule will be strictly enforced. If exhibitors elect to place products in meeting rooms, there will be a charge.
