Exhibitor Convention Center Meeting Space
A limited number of meeting rooms at the convention center are available for a fee. Rooms are available on a first-come, first-serve basis. These rooms are strictly for private meetings. They are not intended for exhibiting or for displaying products.
For meeting space at the convention center, download the Exhibitor Convention Center Meeting Request Form and return it to exhibits (at) siggraph.org or fax this completed form to +1.630.434.1216 by 25 June. Once your request has been received, you will receive email confirmation within two weeks. After receiving the confirmation, contact suppliers directly to arrange audio/visual and/or catering for your function.
Exhibitor Hotel Meeting Space
For meeting space at a conference hotel, download the Exhibitor Hotel Meeting Request Form and return it to exhibits (at) siggraph.org or fax this completed form to +1.630.434.1216 by by 13 July. An email acknowledgement will be sent to you advising you of the space you have been assigned. After receiving the acknowledgement, contact suppliers directly to arrange audio/visual and/or catering for your function. The placement of product by exhibitors in meeting rooms in hotels is prohibited, and this ruling will be strictly enforced. If exhibitors elect to place products in meeting rooms, there will be a charge.
Requests must be made using the Exhibitor Suite Request Form Online reservations for suites are not available. onPeak, the SIGGRAPH 2012 travel partner, will acknowledge your suite reservations by email or fax. SIGGRAPH 2012’s cancellation policy supersedes any standard hotel cancellation policy. All reservations are subject to SIGGRAPH 2012’s approval. Suites also cannot be booked directly with hotels.
